Sam is starting her first season as Bonnie Hunt's daughter on the new ABC/Touchstone series LIFE WITH BONNIE (Tuesday nights starting Fall, 2002). She has been a guest on THIRD WATCH  (NBC),   SEX AND THE CITY  (HBO),   ALL MY CHILDREN  (ABC),  and was in  THE SOUND OF MUSIC  on Broadway at the Martin Beck Theatre. Her first movie, PATE (in which she gets eaten), was an official selection at The Sundance Film Festival 2001, and was shown in NYC at NYU's  First Run Film Festival .  Her second movie, THE BLUE MARBLE (in which she falls off the Staten Island Ferry), was shown at The Avignon/New York Film Festival. Samantha played Young Hamlet, the Player Child, and the Second Gravedigger in a deconstructionist treatment of  HAMLET at Manhattan Playhouse performed on the West Side of  New York. On Theatre Row, she played Macduff's child in the Chekhov Theatre  Ensemble's  production of  that venerable Scottish  Play, MACBETH (in which she gets her throat slashed). And for eight years, 1995 through 2002, she has been Peter Schickele's personal assistant and librarian in the Carnegie and/or Avery Fisher Hall presentation of  PDQ BACH.
